Elevate Your Teaching. Expand Your Confidence. Connect with your Community.
Teaching is more than guiding movement — it’s inspiring growth, adapting to individual needs, and continuing to learn long after your own training ends. Our Group Mentorship for Teachers program is designed to support you in becoming the most confident, skilled, and inspired teacher you can be.
In this small, collaborative group setting, you’ll gain fresh perspectives, deepen your understanding of Pilates repertoire and teaching strategies, and refine your ability to see and respond to your clients’ needs. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore questions, challenges, and successes in a supportive circle of peers.
Whether you’re a new teacher seeking clarity and confidence or an experienced instructor looking to reignite your passion or deepen your knowledge, this mentorship will give you practical tools, valuable insights, and the encouragement to keep growing to continue developing within your career.

The Power of Simple Cues: Learn why "simple teaching makes clients work harder." We'll dive into the importance of clear communication and learn how to provide effective cues so clients understand where they should be feeling an exercise and what its purpose is.
Reading Your Client: Discover how to listen to what your client is telling you, not just with their words, but with their body. We'll look at how to use the information they're giving you to guide their practice and take them where they need to go.
The Deeper Meaning of Movement: This topic is about digging into the "why, how, and purpose" of an exercise. We'll explore the intricate connections throughout the body and understand how movements are related, allowing you to teach with greater depth and purpose.
The Gentle Guide of Tactile Cueing: Learn how to use a purposeful touch to guide your clients' movement without inhibiting them. We'll discuss when and why a hands-on approach is effective and how to avoid over-relying on it.
Common Challenges with Clients: An open and honest discussion about the difficult parts of teaching. We'll share strategies for managing clients who jump ahead, chat excessively, cancel appointments, or have issues with timely payments. This is about empowering you to take control.
Solving Common Teaching Problems: Do you struggle to get your clients to understand a specific movement? This session is a chance to troubleshoot and get guidance on how to help your clients feel and connect with challenging exercises.
